Refund Policy

  1. The return policy is valid for 30 days after receiving the item.
  2. Eligibility for return:
    • Item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  3. Return process:

    • If accepted, a return shipping label and instructions will be provided.
    • Returns without prior request will not be accepted.
  4. Damaged or wrong items:
    • Inspect the item upon delivery.
    • Report defects, damages, or wrong items immediately for resolution.
  5. Non-returnable items:
    • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).
    • Custom products (personalized or special orders).
    • Personal care items (beauty products).
    • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases).
    • Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
  6. Exchanges:
    • To exchange an item, return the current item and place a new order separately.
  7. Refund process:
    • Refund is processed after the return is received and inspected.
    • If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment method.
    • Bank or credit card processing may take some time.
